CannolibyMail.com currently ships all items via UPS. Our Cannoli Kits travel well and will remain cool for 2-3 day shipping. Your kit will arrive in one box. Be sure to open immediately upon receipt and refrigerate or freeze your cannoli cream. We generally ship Monday through Wednesday in order to ensure delivery before the weekend. You will receive shipping confirmation and a UPS tracking number via email when your order ships. Orders received prior to 2:00 pm CST are often shipped the same day, unless you request a later shipping date.

For those customers that purchase shells, we are now offering UPS Ground shipping as well. This option will be available during checkout. Shell orders are shipped Monday through Friday and arrive within 1 to 5 days, depending on destination. You always have the opportunity to upgrade shipping if you need your order expedited.

We take pride in shipping our cannoli kits year round. Your cannoli cream is shipped in a specially insulated container and includes reusable ice packs - the fee for these items is included in the shipping cost. **Save the ice packs and you can use them again!** If you are more than 3 shipping days away from Houston, TX, please choose either 3-Day Select, 2nd-Day Air or Next Day Air for shipping complete kits. Please fill out delivery address with correct information. Incorrect shipping information will result in a $15 charge to your credit card for shipping correction.

We will also ship via FedEx upon requests. If you are interested in shipping using your own shipper #, we will accomodate as well. Please place your order as a pickup. There will be a $5.00 additional charge to purchase the insulated shipping container and ice packs. Once you receive your email receipt, please reply with your shipping account information and delivery address.

It is recommended that Cannoli Kits be shipped to a location where someone will be able to immediately refrigerate the filling. If no one is available to receive your package, UPS may leave packages in a secure, outdoor location. CannolibyMail.com can not be responsible for spoiled merchandise if it is left outside for an extended period of time.

Friendswood, Texas (and surrounding areas) - We are happy to deliver our products, free of charge, in Friendswood and surrounding areas. Please place your order as normal, and we will deduct your shipping charges prior to processing your payment. If you are paying via Paypal, we will refund your shipping charges.

Limitation of Liability: CannolibyMail.com can not be responsible for delays in shipping. Insurance is provided with shipping for damaged or lost merchandise. If guaranteed delivery time is needed, please select the overnight shipping option or contact us for more information. CannolibyMail.com is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by events we cannot control, including acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, or if there is no one available to accept the package. If the package that you are shipping is perishable, please make sure that the recipient will be home to receive it.

Return Requests: Due to the nature of our product, we can not accept returns on Cannoli Kits. Shells may be returned within 7 days of receipt, if they are unopened. Your full purchase price will be refunded (less shipping). Please contact us to request a return for your product.

Voucher Code - Sometimes, voucher codes are available for discounted shipping on specific items. If you use a voucher code for an incorrect item, it will not be applied to your charge amount and you will be charged the full price for the items you purchased.
