Frequently Asked Questions
How do I store my cannoli filling? When you receive your filling, place it immediately in the freezer. Frozen, your filling will last indefinitely. When you are ready to fill your shells, remove the filling from the freezer and place on your countertop for approximately 30 minutes to thaw. Fill your shells as close to consumption as possible to ensure crispness. If you do not use all of your filling in one serving, just roll your corner and pop back in the freezer.
How do I store my cannoli shells? Store your shells in a cool, dry place. I keep mine in the pantry. If sealed, either in their original seal or in a ziplock, they will stay fresh for approximately 6 months.
How large are your cannoli shells? Our large cannoli shells measure approximately 5 1/2 inches long and our mini shells measure approximately 3 1/2 inches long.
What are your shells made of? Our cannoli shells contain the following ingredients: unbleached, unbromated flour, pasteurized eggs, non-hydrogenated pal oil (citric acid), cane sugar, vinegar, salt, and cinnamon.
